There was this blog, a simple affair,
whose author wrote with a singular flair;
with quite a few visits – two thousand and score.
(I’m quite bad at math, there might’ve been more)
But posts there were few, the content was scarce,
the timing was wrong, the posting was sparse.
Though, lo and behold, there were no complaints -
these visitors, I swear, were no less than saints.
“Good job!”, “Well done!”, the comments read,
you’d be quite surprised at what these people said.
Mistaken, I thought that my job here was done -
I packed up my stuff and then college begun.
One day, however, while browsing the net,
it hit me – quite hard – how could I forget?
My blog will die out if I do not post,
once weekly at least, twice daily, at most.
So here I am now, this week went by fast,
I hope you remember what I posted last.
I promise you’ll see some content pretty soon,
this blog will survive at least until June.
Well done with the poem!! It’s so well written! (:
Thanks. And the promised content is coming tomorrow.
Is it here yet?! ;)
I’m impatient, what can I say :p
I loved this poem by the way, it’s a nice touch, if that makes any sense.
Sorry, it’s gonna take a little more time. Be patient.
